1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using 64SQRS, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
2. Lichess Integration
64SQRS integrates with Lichess.org. By using our platform, you acknowledge that certain data (ratings, game history, profile information) is synced from Lichess. You agree to comply with Lichess.org's Terms of Service in addition to ours. We are not affiliated with Lichess.org but use their open API.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to ban or suspend accounts that violate our fair play policies or community guidelines.
4. Prizes and Payments
Cash prizes are distributed to the wallet associated with your account. Withdrawals are subject to verification and processing times. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to withdraw cash prizes, or have parental consent. We reserve the right to withhold prizes in cases of suspected cheating or fair play violations.
5. Fair Play
Cheating is strictly prohibited. This includes using engines, receiving assistance from other players, or manipulating game results. We rely on Lichess's cheat detection systems as well as our own internal reviews. If you are banned on Lichess, you may be automatically banned from 64SQRS.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
