Verification tiers
Limits are per calendar day in West African Time, resetting at midnight. A weekly or monthly aggregate limit does not apply.
Minimum withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal is ₦100. Paystack doesn't process transfers below this threshold. There is no minimum on deposits — you can deposit any amount.
How to raise your tier
Tier 0 → Tier 1
From your profile, link a Nigerian bank account. We verify the account number with Paystack and compare the account holder name to your profile name. A close match auto-upgrades you. A mismatch goes to admin review and typically clears within 24 hours.
Tier 1 → Tier 2
Submit your BVN from the profile page. We don't store the BVN — we send it to Paystack's name-match endpoint and store only the match score.
Tier 2 → Tier 3
Upload a government-issued ID (NIN slip, driver's license, international passport, or voter's card). An admin reviews and approves within 48 hours. Required for sustained high-volume play.
What happens at the limit
If you try to withdraw more than your daily allowance, the withdrawal request is rejected immediately with the message "Exceeds daily limit. Withdraw up to ₦X today or upgrade your tier." Nothing is deducted from your wallet.
You can split a large amount across multiple days, or upgrade your tier and complete the withdrawal in one go.
Deposit limits
Paystack itself enforces deposit limits:
- Card transactions: ₦5,000,000 per transaction for most banks.
- Bank transfer (USSD / direct): no upper limit set by 64SQRS — your bank may impose its own.
- Minimum deposit: ₦100.
Account holds
In rare cases (suspected fraud, AML review, court order), withdrawals may be held while we review. If your account is held, you'll see a banner explaining why and an estimated timeline. You can still log in, see your balance, and contact support. You cannot withdraw until the hold clears.
Disputes
If a withdrawal is rejected and you believe it shouldn't be — or if you hit a limit and think it's wrong — contact support with your transaction ID from the wallet page. We respond within 24 hours on business days.
