All users must register using their Lichess.org account. No participation is allowed without this connection.

1.2. Identity Verification

Players must verify their identity by submitting valid documents (e.g., national ID, student ID, or passport) to access:

- Leaderboard recognition

- Prize eligibility

- Event access beyond casual play

1.3. One Player, One Account

Users are limited to one verified account on the platform. Duplicate or shared accounts are not permitted.

The data collected for verification purposes is used exclusively for identity confirmation.

2.1. Agreement to Fair Play Policy

By joining any event, you agree to abide by the 64SQRS Fair Play Policy. Breaches may result in account suspension or bans.

2.2. Cheating & Sandbagging

64SQRS has zero tolerance for engine use or rating manipulation. Violations may lead to forfeiture of all prizes and access.

3.1. Event Footage and Publicity Rights

By participating in 64SQRS events, you grant us permission to:

- Display your Lichess username publicly

- Feature your games and results in media, including highlights, livestreams, and posts64SQRS Terms of Agreement

3.2. User Content

You agree not to post, share, or upload offensive, abusive, or misleading content within 64SQRS platforms.

4.1. Entry Fees

Certain events may require a non-refundable entry fee. You agree to the posted conditions before payment.

4.2. Prize Disbursement

Prizes are only paid to verified users via the banking method provided. False claims or impersonation will result in immediate account restriction.

4.3. Disputes

Any prize-related disputes must be raised within 5 business days of the events end

5.1. Changes to Events

64SQRS may reschedule, adjust formats, or cancel events as needed. Notice will be provided through official channels.

5.2. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account violating our policies without refund or warning.

5.3. Limitation of Liability

64SQRS shall not be held responsible for internet issues, Lichess platform outages, or delays due to third-party service failures.
